We provide athletic development to the area’s athletic teams to ensure athletic improvements, decreased injury rate, and to promote a positive experience of the athletes in their sport/s. Our goal is to guide athletes to improve their physical and mental strength that they can continue to use in their lives and athletic careers.
We also provide personal training through 1on1 and group classes to the general public so to help promote long, healthy and happy lives. We use a variety of techniques for the vast array of health issues we see today. Everything we do is with the mindset of helping our clientele reach their goals. We should mention/warn that getting to your goals will not be easy, you will have to work hard, make sacrifices, and invest in yourself. But at the end of your day, who better to invest in?

This is strictly for the athletes that are willing to do what is necessary. The faint of heart need not apply. Our goal is to guide the development of athletes so they can be successful in their sport and in their life.
We provide state of the art training techniques in a systematic plan to progress athletes at the correct rates necessary for improvement and physiological adaptation. We train 1on1 and in groups through local schools to ensure the quality of training.
Nutritional Advantage: for those who want good for you food that actually tastes good
Everyone loves great tasting food. The problem is that we know we need to eat healthy. So logically we have to give some things up and eat some not so great tasting stuff, right? WRONG!! We’ve made a plan for you to be successful at eating healthy food that actually tastes good too. It will take work to adopt a new style, but anything worth doing will always take some amount of work.

How many times have you asked yourself, “If I only knew then, what I know now?” Its okay, everyone does. At High Impact we work very hard to stay on the cutting edge. You most likely are looking for the same, but finding good information anymore is hard. This is why we are put on clinics and seminars. For you to get the good stuff without having to dig through all the bad first. The more you know the better you will be as an athlete, parent, and/or coach.
In Home Training: No excuses, because we’ll come to you.
What’s the #1 excuse for not exercising? It’s TIME!! Plain and simple the biggest drawback to our daily lives. This is why we created this service for you. We want to make working out convenient. With this service you can literally work out in your living room, backyard, or basement if you want to. All you have to do is be on time and ready to work.
Group training is a great way to get yourself into the shape you want. The accountability and group dynamic keep motivation levels high and is also a great support and social builder.
The nice thing about our program is that we’ll come to your home or local area provided there is a group to train. The equipment will be provided for.
