In Season

:If you don't use it you lose it. Maintenance is extremely important, and overtraining is terrible. Ensure your athletes’ health and performance.

Off Season

:This is where we make our big gains in our potential for Size, Strength, and Speed.

1-1 Training

:This is for the athletes that need 1-1 attention. The more specific we can get with an athlete the better. Seldom necessary but always beneficial.

Performance Enhancement: for the athletes that want to know how good they can be.


Again, this is strictly for the athletes that are willing to do what is necessary. We at High Impact have a job that we put great amounts of effort and passion into and we expect the same from our athletes. These programs will be tough mentally and physically. Athletes will be kept accountable by High Impact Coaches and by their teammates. Each program is setup individually to each team to ensure the proper needs are accounted for. How many times have you asked yourself, “If I only knew then, what I know now?” Its okay, everyone does. At High Impact we work very hard to stay on the cutting edge. You most likely are looking for the same, but finding good information anymore is hard. This is why we are put on clinics and seminars. For you to get the good stuff without having to dig through all the bad first. The more you know the better you will be as an athlete, parent, and/or coach.
